Want really bad customer service? Go to MTN!

Terrible service!!! Their 083135 number takes you absolutely no where. I've tried for a week now to cancel my contract - they make it impossible to reach them. Why are there no contact numbers that enable you to speak to a human??? What are they trying to hide??? Once I finally manage to get this contract cancelled, MTN will NEVER see me again!!!
