Want contract terminated
I took a mtn contract last year October ,when I received my tablet I mistakenly jammed the sim in it. I phoned the agent that assisted me in obtaining the contract and she advised me that i would have to take it in to a mtn store and would be charged for the repair. A few weeks after taking it to the store I called back to query the status of my tablet, I was told I needed to pay R 360.00. When I went to pay the R360.00 I was told it would cost me R4022.00. I then requested a official quote specifying what repairs are going to be done and I requested the cost of contract termination to be able to decide which would be more fees-able but I all received was a mail stating that I needed to pay R 4022.00. I queried with the mtn store that I took my tablet to and was told that it could not be repaired and I needed to pay R +- 320.00 rejection fee (I didn't reject anything). After numerous mails and phone calls I was promised to get a call from a manager (Sarah Naidoo) to assist me but all I received was a call from Nthando the initial staff member who sent the mail and all he could say was that he requested the information 3 weeks ago and was still waiting. Thanks Jean.. Linda no help
