Waiting too long
I went into the mtn store on Friday hoping to get a new contract with two handsets and i was told i will be given a answer in 24 hours however , today i went back and im told to wait until monday as there is no feedback and the deal is pending, this is unnaceptable knowing that te deal could still be declined on monday. I have never had more poor service in my life!!! The store in west street at old mutual mall seem to know nothing about the status on my application.
