Waiting since 8 December for my phone delivery

I have upgraded my contract and ordered my new phones, data bundles and tablet on the 8th of December 2015.<br> It was supposed to be delivered by the 15th of December, as agreed to by Joshua Wernberg.<br> I called again on the 17th of December 2015 as the phones STILL haven't been delivered.<br> I have then spoken to Phillip from RTT and he confirmed it will be delivered on the Saturday, 19th of December 2015.<br> I called RTT again on the Friday to confirm that the packages will be delivered on the Saturday.<br> But nothing was delivered!!!<br> And the one phone was for my brother that lives in Mossel Bay that I had to take to him as we left for holiday the next day.<br> So how do you propose I get the phone to him now???<br> And when will the other devices be delivered to me?<br> This is unacceptable VERY POOR service from MTN!!!
