Waiting since 26 Nov 2020 for new contract/router

I ordered the Black Friday promotion of R299 (100gig anytime + router) on 26 Nov 2020 but have not received it yet.

I called Mtn 3 times since then.

The first time I was told that delivery would be done shortly, the second time I was told that the new contract was not finalised at all. Yesterday I was told that the courier company would contact me to deliver the router etc, but I am still waiting. This realy is hopeless service from Mtn.
