Waiting Period on Device

Hi,

My cell-phone (Note 4) went in for a warranty assessment at MTN on the 19th July 2015.
I emailed [Email Removed] for Feedback on my device on the 29th July 2015.

*On the 31st of July 2015, i got an email stating the warranty was not approved. The device went in for ADH repairs and they are awaiting spares.
*On the same day, i was informed that this should be resolved by next week.
*4th of August i followed up and once again i was informed the device is still awaiting spares (After being informed that my device will be ready that week).
*The 5th Aug I then asked them for a realistic waiting period and to supply me with one of the managers contact details. I got a reply 2 days later (7th Aug) stating the Spares have been received the they are currently busy on the unit.
*The 12th I followed up again and was informed yet again they are awaiting Spares (After stating the device is being worked on, on the 7th AUG).

All my follow ups from there has been \Awaiting Spares". I have been without a cell-phone phone for more than a month and i only had the phone for 1 day.

This is really terrible service."""
