Waiting period for a phone is pathetic

I ordered a phone on the 06/01/2021 and they said it takes 7/14 days, the phone has still not arrived and when i phoned customer care they cannot help me, instead they transfer me to different departments....i spoke to an agent on facebook messenger and after replying a day later they still couldn’t help me, they kept telling me it’s being escalated and they will get back to me, since my order i never receive one call with feedback....why do they allow people to order order phones telling them it takes 7-14 days to deliver and end up waiting a whole month....this is the worst experience ever, i wouldn’t recommend mtn to anyone to be honest
