Waiting more than a year for these ******* to solve my query

Apparently if you get a response on this website you should be happy that someone actually rep****.My case has been running since June 2017,I get replies to keep me quiet but still sit with an unresolved query.I'm due for an upgrade and I guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere after 18 years of loyalty that means nothing to MTN,the so-called Bozza network that can't look after their clients.I challenge you to phone me and tell me how you are resolving this matter,its been way too long and I am disgusted,you are a bunch of ******* hiding behind what used to be a top tier provider.
