Waiting more than 10 weeks for a cellphone repair.

My contract was renewed, in January, I had the phone for two weeks, it's a LG G4 Stylus, MTN did not have a cover for the phone and said they could not order, the phone fell so it has a dent in the left top corner which is why the phone cannot be replaced, which I understand.When I took the phone to MTN to be sent in for repairs on the 3rd of February, they said they had problems with the courier service and waited 2 weeks for the phone to be sent to the repair service in Bloemfontein. I received the phone back on 18 March at the MTN store in Senekal. I then checked if the phone was repaired, the phone wasn't repaired, there is still a problem with the phones software, when I try to end a call , the phone freezes and I have to remove the back cover of the phone and remove the battery to end the call. when the phone was in Bloemfontein for repairs they also damaged the back of the cover which is now broken. today is the 13th April, Dries Visser said that the phone is now on its way to JHB to be repaired, he still isn't sure what is wrong with the phone and isn't sure when I will have my phone back. MTN also isn't very willing to help, I constantly have to phone them.
