Waiting for statement for four months
<p>I have requested a statement from Mtn on 25-02-2016 and at the end of June 2016 I am still waiting for the statement. In the meanwhile the account was handed over to attorneys for collection, and costs were added which I have to pay. I have forwarded various e-mails and conducted countless telephone calls in order to get this matter sorted out with no assistance from MTN. Is it fair that I should pay extra because I did not receive a statement four months ago??</p>
