Waiting for Response and unavailable Legal dept

My account was hand to Mtn Legal, and last statement emailed to me was in Jan. Paid account off and have been contact with the so called Legal Dept via email only. This has be frustrating as they ignore the email and just reply to what ever they fill like responding to and not answering or removing my account from Legal. Keep on sending email after email and yet not assistance all they say must call 808. knowing very well that those guys cant assist or put me through to them. Was given a number *** which is constantly busy when you call and the [Email Removed] email is been handled by many. First Baloyi then Nomsa yet same result. I really don't know what to do any anymore. Its frustrating that this team can be so untouchable and yet one has paid up. 808 Consultants all say putting you through to legal but will drop without being unanswered. Have surely without exaggerating spoken to 50 consultants still nothing <br>
