Waiting for MTN to actually help me

I have phoned countless MTN customer care people and emailed customer care and premium help desk, technical services since 15 December 2021 - its now nearly 1 month and hours on the phone and to date not one person has come back to despite promises. Is there anyone in MTN who would actually like to make my day brighter??
