Waiting for MTN Remove Account From ITC

Hi I am still waiting for the account to be removed from ITC as they promised .They **** to me from last year check the email below. This account i was cleared but still there with my name.

They allow ********* to take open accounts with our name of profile.

MTN don't take people serious. They treat people like nothing. May be that is the reason why they fined in Nigeria.

Then can you send the request to the attorneys to close the file and remove from ITC.
