Waiting for money back since January 2016

<p>End of January I loaded 60 Rand airtime on my phone. Before I could use it it already disappeared within a few hours. I called the MTN Hotline 3 times within the next 2 weeks. 3 different Agents confirmed that the money shouldn’t have disappeared and promised to forward it to the responsible department which would arrange the payback. I never heard anything again, no call and no payout. In August I called the Hotline for another reason and asked about the payout. The Agent just hung up on me. I experienced this kind of service now a couple of times. Me and my wife are paying 2 phone and 1 laptop contract. So I expect the disappeared money plus some extra money for all the efforts I made to get my money back.</p>
