Waiting for feedback, and rude store personnel on a Sunday.

I am waiting for 4 days for premature cancellation totals on my contracts. When one phones 808 they say they will email me and I am still waiting. They DON'T work on Sundays and the Eastgate store is unable to help and the lady is more interested in moisturizing her hands rather than even CHECKING accounts. I cannot wait to be rid of them. Its the first company that i have ever dealt with when the client needs to phone them back.... constantly and still get no joy. So very dissapointed.
