Waiting for credit to be activated.

I took out a contract in December 2014 with the promise of having the first 2 months free of charge.<br> After numerous calls, last call was 1 hour and 3 minutes with Leonie Tiel, Ref numbers and e mails, getting promises that the credit will be activated and 4 months later I am still waiting.<br> I conclude that this type of behavior is totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
