Waiting for credit now three months
Moved from Mtn to Vodacom in November last year, thus had to close down my existing contract with Mtn. I was then billed for december and January. I politely asked how this could happen and was sent through to the porting division. They said that it was a mistake on their part and I would definitely be credited. Much to my surprise, money was taken off again at the end of February. I asked once again what was the problem and more false promises were given. They even cane up a am amount that is not even close to wait they have incorrectly debited me for the last three months. I send emails regularly and even know the names of the people at the porting division. Yet they don't seem to care. I am so over paying for something which is clearly their fault. It is impossible to have a cell number open on two separate networks.
Anyone who chosses to go with Mtn is mad, Vodacom would not treat their customers in such a way!
If it is a fault on their part, then why must I be the one to be out of pocket and they don't seem to care. Talk about putting the customer first.
