Waiting for a week to unblock my acc after it’s paid

I have a month to month data bandle of 740 per month. I never paid for two months. Went in to pay on the 25th Feb. I was told pay first before you get data for that month to come. I haven waiting in the 25 till today 5 of March to get my acc unsuspended. I have log in a ticket number BO*** the message on Saturday said it’s escalated to supervisor. Today is Wednesday this department is not at work. Today they log in another ticket BO *** maybe for them to catch a wake up. They quick to take your money but not to give you service. How pathetic is this.
