Waiting for a settlement account for 2 days

We called in on Wednesday as my day is getting retrenched we want to get an amount to pay to cancel this contracts. It was supposed to be emailed to [Email Removed] and still have not received it!!! Terrible service and the consultant said I will receive it in the next few hours, they probably meant next few DAYS!!!! BAD MTN 2 numbers that needs to be cancelled *** and ***
