waiting for a router for more than two weeks

I app**** for a data bundles contract at MTN in woodlands Mall. my application was approved, no one told me that my application was approved i have to go store in order to found that my application was approved, secondly staff is *********** at that store there are useless boys who are laughing loud and not being professional. i would to cancel my contract with MTN South African i have been waiting for router for two weeks now with NO UPDATE
