Waiting for 4 months for 2x 3G modems

I have been contacting MTN since September 2015 trying to get 2x 3G modems out of them. Firstly when I tried calling, I was transferred from pillar to post at least 10 times with everyone telling me they can't help me, they will transfer me to someone who can. Eventually when I screamed at someone, she agreed to help me. She sent my message to Thandeka Mcube who eventually sent me the wrong forms!! I completed them and sent them to her only to be given that message. She sent me the correct ones and I returned them to her as soon as possible. She then forwarded the forms to Calvin Madondo on 13 October 2015. I am still waiting for the 3G modems approximately 4 months later!!! At some stage they sent me the wrong thing - they sent what I think was wireless routers. I sent it back but yet I still wait for 2 pathetic 3G modems. MTN has been copied in on most of the correspondence, even though I think it's being handled by Bytes. But I haven't heard a word from MTN either. Either way, I don't care.
