waiting almost a month for a repair on iPone
I submitted my phone for repair on the 29th of January and MTN service and repairs cannot even tell me where my phone is. Rosina Seboiboi from MTN has tried to assist but the repairs and claims do not even respond. their call line does not even answer when you try and call.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate that you have made us aware of the issues that you were faced with regarding the faulty handset.
I apologize for any inconveniences caused as a result of this. I understand the frustration that you endured in your attempt to have the issue resolved.
Unfortunately, the IMEI number and Job Card number have been left out of your post which does delay the resolution time. In order for us to revisit the repairs, we would require you to include the Job Card number or IMEI.
Thank you.
