Waiting 7 months for phone to be repaired/replaced
In May 2014 I bought a contract phone from Nashua mobile and promptly insured it. Thereafter I received email from MTN/Nashua informing me that MTN has acquired Nashua and all terms and conditions of my contract would be ceded to MTN effective 1st Nov 2014.
In Oct, my phone fell and got damaged. I immediately reported it to Nashua and was told my claim has been \approved". Only in Dec did they say I must bring it in for repairs as I had to wait for them. I did hand it over the 12th and nothing happened until Jan 2015 when enquired. At that time they said I must pay R330 which I did. In March 2015 I called again to find out progress and was told it has arrived at Brooklyn mall store.
Upon arrival"
