WAITING 7 DAYS FOR MTN TO DO MY REVERSAL PROPERLY
MY NUMBER WAS *****ENTLY PORTED TO CELL C AND WAS THE REVERSED ON THE 14TH JUNE BUT MTN DID NOT TICK ALL THE BOXES WHEN REVERSING SO I CANNOT RECEIVE ANT CALLS OR ANY SMS FROM OTHER NETWORKS EXCEPT MTN. I HAVE CALLED THEM IN TOTAL OF MAYBE 50 TIMES SINCE THE PAST FRIDAY AND I EVEN DID A SIM SWAP BUT TILL TODAY BEING THE 7 DAY IT IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. EVERY TIME YOU PHONE THEY SAY THEY WAITING FOR THE TECHNICIANS, SO PATHETIC.

21 Jun 2019, 09:37Well today is 8 days later and 14 emails from customer care and even one from the supervisor and still my phone cannot receive sms and calls so I am trying to figure out that this activation is done on the system so you trying to tell me 8 days later MTN cannot resolve an issue like this.
