Waiting 6 months for refund!!! ***********: retentions department
MTN owes me approximately R6000 for recurring debit orders and NO service.
Does it take 6 months for my refund amount to reflect on my MTN account? How ***********?!!! I want my refund NOW. I'm tired of these excuses. The most useless service provider I've ever encounted.
