Waiting 4 months for phone to be repaired
I have been a loyal MTN customer for a number of years, and I'm very disappointed in the insurance department. My Iphone 6s was damaged about 4 months ago, and to date I have not been contacted after numerous phone calls and claims submissions. I registered a complaint via email and after more than a week I'm still awaiting any reply from MTN. Very poor service. George Kleynhans A***
