Waiting 3 months to upgrade phone
A letter of complaint was send the 12 January 2015 to MTN. In the letter I complained of how long I have waited to upgrade a contract that was with Nashua Mobile, that there is no stock of the cell phone we want from MTN, but it was advertised in November 2014 - January 2015 \y'ello Deals Edition". We started the process of upgrading this contract the 1ste week of November 2014 @ Cradelstone Mall and then Business Dept. we are still waiting? My first reply was on the 2015-01-18 - Ref ***"
