WAITING 3 MONTHS FOR REFUND ONLY TO BE TOLD NOW THERE IS NO REQUEST

Cancelled by contract on 17/04/2019. Had a R1400 advance balance. was told it will take 21 days to be refunded to me. its now 10/07/2019 and still nothing, phoned in atleast 10 times in between and every time the consultant says "TOMORROW, PHONE BACK IN 24H AND I WILL BE SORTED". I am currently on the line with a consultant and now she tells me that there is NO REFUND REQUEST at all. how is this possible if I have been phoning the last 10 times in the 3 months.

I WANT MY MONEY AND I WANT IT NOW. NO MORE TOMORROW..
