Waiting 2 weeks for a sim swap !!

We received horrible service from MTN call center and mtn store in mimosa mall Bloemfontein ! I did a sim swap Tuesday via MTN call center and the consultant told me after the call that i should switch my phone of for 2hours and then restart the phone and leef it for 24 h so i did it to get no result after the waiting time so i called in again and spoke to a different MTN consultant and they did a norther sim swap and told me to put my phone off for 24 h so i did it and no succes after several attemps and different instructions i got no where and asked for the manager he told me it is because my sim has data on that they gave me becouse i bought a mtn simcard so now they can not do a sim swap so i bought a new sim and called them again after a view atattempts a still got no where so i went to mtn shop in mimosa mall Bloemfontein and stefanie helped me to do a nothor sim swap to still get no sucsess ! I called the customer call center a view times after my attemp at the store to still have no sucsess so i called the MTN call center again last night and the told me they can not do a sim swap because my simcard is older then 3 days so i spoke to the manager again and they did a nother sim swap it is now 10 days and 2 simcards and i still can not get my old number back !
