Waiting 2 months
I had my phone for less than 4 weeks when it broke. I took it back to mtn. They said it will pnly take 5 days. As it is a new phone and head office only needs to issue a refrence number so they can give me a new phone.<br> <br> I went to the shop every day hearing reasons and stupid excuses every day. After one and a half month of waiting the one guy at the mtn shop said that my phone is still with the courier. It has not even been takien to mtn. <br> <br> It is now 2 months and i am still without a phone. I get no service but every month they get their money.
