Waiting 15weeks for repair on IPhone 5S
Took my IPhone 5S in for repair on the 5th of Nov 2014, MTN said it would take 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I went there and they said it couldn't be repaired I will get a new phone issued on the 5 th of Dec. After that it's been a run around, they are either busy with stocktaking or they don't have any supplies. MTN say it's got nothing to do with them it's Apple's fault(HRVC where the repaires are done) but I feel my contract is with MTN they should help me. I have been paying my contract every month but I don't have a phone! It's been 15 weeks..
