Waited 5 months for my phone

I upgraded my contract October 2014. In March 2015 i took my phone in to MTN Stellenbosch as i was experiencing technical difficulties with my phone (Sony Xperia Go). MTN sent my phone to the High volume repair centre in March 2015. After numerous visits to the MTN Stellenbosch store to enquire about my phone i was everytime just told my phone has not come back from the repair centre. My last visit to MTN was in August 2015 where the consultant told me she was going to call the repair centre and give me a call back. Guess what i am still waiting for her call. So today i took matters into my own hands and phoned the repair centre myself where i was informed that a letter for a new phone was sent to MTN Stellenbosch in April 2015 already!!!!!!<br> <br> I am highly disappointed with the service of MTN Stellenbosch. Not once did they call me and update me on the status of my cellphone. I have been paying my account for 6 months now without even having the phone. I would not refer anyone to take out a contract with MTN. I am counting the days till my contract expires so that i can switch to another network
