VVM snd MTN drama... All I want is to make a payment

Poor poor service from MTN. Iv been trying to get through to MTN Legal who withdrew my account from VVM after I had made payment arrangements on 7 February 2018 to settle my account. I'm very frustrated as I have the money to pay but cannot get any information of who I should pay. Calling MTN is a nightmare, you hold for almost an hour and still no assistance.
