VVM - ***** Case 6months unattended
<p>I lodged a ***** case in October 2016 with MTN and VVM and till today it hasn't been resolved. I sent numerous emails of the documents they requested. I sent the very email again and called them twice today and they still tell me the same story that they haven't received my documents for my His investigation to take place. </p> <p> </p> <p>My ITC is not in a good state because of this. This is unacceptable, How can a matter like this be dragged like this? I am extremely disappointed in the manner MTN is dealing with this( rather, they are choosing not to deal with it at all). I want An incident report sent to me asap and my name cleared on my ITC. I do not want to see this on my ITC.</p>

I have received another flipped email from other attorneys call Hammond Pole Attorneys regarding this matter. Harrassing me of an account that is not mine. MTN continues to do ****ol, they continue handing over this ********** account to attorneys. I am believing that this is truely an inside job. I have filed a complaint with the ombudsman. Ref number for the attorneys MTN has continued to hand this account over: HP **********
