VVM attorneys threatening me even after acc is pd

My Account was handed over to VVM attorneys for a ridiculous amount of R7500 odd rands for my cellphone contract, in the period that MTN was striking, Trying to get hold of anyone at MTN to query this was impossible.<br> I eventually spoke to a shop manager whom assisted me by liasing with head office to rectify my account and enquire how much I am to pay directly to MTN.<br> <br> I have paid my Account fully to MTN an amount of R1700 which is what was the balance on my last statement, waited 3 days to pursue reconnection and phoned the legal department to confirm they received the paymnet, I was assured the debt collectors will be informed I have settled and they must retract their demands.<br> <br> I am still recieving demands from VVM. I contacted VVM to advise them I have paid and I was rudely told by MRS MEGAN MALAHOVA that I went over VVM's heads and paid this account the wrong way and they will pursue with demands because MTN has not told them anything about my payment so its my problem, I will have to pay. who the ### are you Megan? My mother?! <br> I have never dealt with anyone so downright obnoxious!!<br> I keep trying to get hold of MTN's legal department yet the phone remains engaged. IM FED UP!!
