Vredenburg Mall Pathetic Service

My son took out a contract for his younger brother on the 14th of April in Vredenburg Mall a iPhone 12,according to them ot was finalized, the sim card must only be activated & that he will get his benefits during the day. On Monday the 17th we went to MTN paarl to find out why the data,etc didn't came through. Just to find out that the contract is still open & vredenburg must finalized it. I've called numerous times went to Vredenburg mall again after spending R1000 on fuel just to hear another lie. The sales person Ashrie doesn't even have the desenty to call me back I must buy airtime everytime and my son is going on a tour and can't even benefit from the phone. This is pathetic service from MTN and I will not recommend them to anyone.
