Vouchers purched with yellow bucks not working.

I purched vouchers with my yellow bucks. None of the Rockitt vouchers work when I try to purchase the items.

What should I do?

I also bought vouchers for La Vita Spa and two vouchers for days out. Now I am not sure if they wil work.
