Voted Worst Company for 2016

I can see why MTN won this title hands down. I've been on an MTN CONTRACT since 2001. 2 Weeks ago they (although they blamed me) set a limit on my phone for R362.72 which means I cannot make any calls after that unless I buy airtime. What the point of a contract? After 7 calls to their call centre and 2 visits to a branch, they cannot resolve this issue. They are not "able to change the limit", even though between calls 6 and 7 the limit changed itself, yet again to R500! I called again this morning, the cc agent didn't know what to do so he put me on hold for 15 minutes and then cut the call! I think I will take my friends' advice and leave MTN (as they all have), and have Cell C buy out my contract.
