VOIP Service has no support

As a VOIP provider to the company that I work for, I have to say is absolutely terrible. Currently, my company does not have any telephonic service as the MTN Highsite does not have any power backup during loadshedding. And when I enquire about this, I get told to pay for another wireless link for a parallel line. I don't think so.
