Voicemail service added without asking for it !!

<p>The moment you upgrade your MTN contract you start to receive a voicemail service from MTN....</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a real pain if you do not want it to be active... It is simple.. if my phone is ringing I am available, if not it is off and you can phone back!</p> <p> </p> <p>MTN's call centre agents get info from the knowledge base that voicemail can be cancelled by dailing 100 and follow the voice prompts... Well guess what? There is NO option to cancel voice mail!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>MTN!! I DO NOT want this irritating service and want the option to disable it without spending hours calling your call centre... PLEASE SORT IT OUT!!</p>
