Voicemail not working Still !!

I have complained a couple of times with MTN and Hellopeter and my voicemail is still not working. I phoned the call centre today and was put on hold for almost 20 minutes when they were most probably talking to someone else and then I got cut off with no response.<br> <br> I do not know what to say anymore. MTN surely does not care. So I am not sure if I should expect help anymore and this after I've been with them for 16 years. I do not want to anymore. The way I see it is MTN cannot provide a service to me. So I would like to cancel the contract, I will off course pay off the cost of the phone. I will then go and try another provider. <br> <br> Also please keep in mind if you try and phone me and I do not answer I cannot listen to my voicemail ... So if you cannot get a hold of me please email or SMS me ...<br> <br> Please let me know what the cancelling steps will be. And do not think of penalising me, it is you who cannot provide the service to me.<br> <br> I am waiting ...
