Voicemail /customer care number redirects to 112 call

Hi..i have a problem with MTN ...i cannot access any customer care line or voicemail..when i dial 135 or 132 it goes straight to a voice that says "You've reached MTN 112 call",,both my mtn numbers do this..i tried to reach customer care via other channels,,they had no clue what i was talking about..
