I have being unable to retrieve my voice mail for the past 4 day, I have a voice mail sms that you sent me how do I retrieve it if u do not all me access it on my phone, when I call 132 new number or 100 the old no the call just gets cut off, this contract is getting on my nerves, if it's not the cherges that ur charging me extra is something els, this network is K#k
