VOICE MAILBOX NOT DELETED

<p>I have been telephonicly upgrade on a new contract. I have never had a voice mail box. However one was assigned to me. I have phoned the call centre to remove the voice mailbox. They confirmed they did but still voice mail box is open an messages left. This is costing my business since I must call all my clients back. I have followed up with the call centre nearly thirty more times.... They keep telling the voice mail box has been deleted. They instructed me to turn of my phone and restart. Remove sim and put it back. All of this I did.... Please ensure that my voice mail box is removed completely...i.e. the phone just keeps ringing. PLEASE.... Otherwise I am changing from service provider.</p>
