Voice mail notification not working
Since MTN took over my contract from Nashua Mobile (I had no say in this), I do not receive any notifications when voice mail messages are left for me. I have been phoning 808 since November 2014 (usually every two weeks) and am assured my issue it will be \escalated"..... but nothing ever happens. I am a doctor and patients leave me urgent messages and I don't know they are there. I am at my wit's end over this. Does anybody at MTN care ? """
