Vodacom must be a better provider

The worst dam service I have ever come across.

In March I had upgrade and along with it changed ownership and payment to my name. For the month of April the *********** idiot at Cresta mtn could not send through paper work to head office about this . WHOSE PROBLEM IS THAT?? MINE? .

Due to the stupidity of this small process my service was obviously suspended, in this time my phone has become a source of income as I am unable to go see clients face to face. So I loose out on more business as it is?

Its sad that Samsung would associate with such a worthless provider.
