Virtually Unreachable Legal Department - FED UP!

My account was handed over early this year because I had been unemployed for 6+ months at that time and could not pay my account. I have since gotten a job again and I have paid the amount outstanding to the collections agency 3 - 4 weeks ago and I still cannot get a straight answer from Either MTN legal or the Collections company about when my account will be cleared and ready for use again. I have sent more than 20 emails to the legal department and I have received so little feedback with so little useful information that I now believe that MTN does not care about their customers at all. I am completely fed up with this - All I want to do is use my account again, but it seems like noone at MTN is communicating with one-another and I keep getting different answers as to the outstanding balance on my account. In the last 4 days, that balance has increased with R1000. The attendants at the MTN stores "cannot help me" because my account has a Legal tag attached to it, so they can't touch it. How in the hell do you give me this kind of misinformation and (non)service and expect me to be able to comply? HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET ANY SERVICE ON MY ACCOUNT IF THIS IS THE WAY MTN TREATS IT'S CUSTOMERS WHO ACTUALLY OWN UP TO THEIR MISTAKES AND PAY UP TO USE THE SERVICE AGAIN? I have demanded a contact number for the legal department, but every one I get is for the wrong department, or I get hung up on, or I get transfered to no end. MTN, if you would like to keep me as a future customer, attend to this matter which has now been an issue since March. If you would've asked me to recommend MTN to friends and family two years ago, I would've wholeheartedly done so. These days, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone as I can't even speak to the department handling my account right now. WHAT THE F*CK MTN!
