Violation of POPIACT

For 10 years I have had the same number and today as I tried to do a Sim swap I have come to find that MTN has violated my personal information POPIACT. Someone out there has access to all my information, my banking, my emails and my life and the worst part it, your branch members are horrible and unhelpful. I have left in tears and worried about all my information now exposed BECAUSE OF YOU!!! I will be in touch with my lawyer and I will be doing a lawsuit
