victimized by MTN

I would like to know from MTN as to why over the years whenever I tried to apply for a contract with them, they always declined it and more recently I went into the Tongaat branch to apply and it was declined on the spot so I would like a detailed report as to why MTN is constantly declining me as I have a good credit record.
