Victim of impersonation account

To whom it may concern.

As far back as August I had my MTN contract account upgraded in my name which I did not authorize. It was then treated as a victim of impersonation case I believe and my account has since been then rectified. I consulted South African ***** Prevention Services so as to flag my ID as I have since discovered more accounts opened in my name during the month of August. SAFPS gave me the number to call MTN on ***) so as to obtain a letter from the company where I have been a victim of ***** or where the ***** attempt was made. The phone went unanswered.

So I would please like for MTN to refer me to a relevant person I can talk to so as to obtain such a letter to submit to SAFPS and get my name cleared as this has greatly affected my credit score.
Thank you.
